## Description

Institutional Data & Regulatory Compliance Analyst

AED 10,000 + medical + air tickets

We are seeking an analytical and detail oriented professional to manage institutional data, regulatory reporting and systems administration within a higher education environment. The role focuses on data quality, KPI reporting, regulatory compliance and system integration, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to UAE education authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory reporting, including HEDB/CHEDS submissions and the 24-KPI Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework (OBEF)

• Collect, validate and reconcile institutional data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements

• Administer student information systems and related applications, including user access and data integrity

• Coordinate API integrations with regulatory authorities and internal IT teams

• Maintain reporting documentation, audit trails, KPI evidence and compliance records

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external system providers and UAE regulatory authorities

• Monitor regulatory updates, reporting deadlines and data quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field

• Experience in data reporting, validation, reconciliation and systems administration

• Understanding of APIs, system integrations and complex data workflows

• Strong Excel skills and experience managing reporting cycles and deadlines

• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to data quality

• An advantage- UAE higher education experience, familiarity with MoHESR, KHDA and CAA requirements, OBEF, HEDB/CHEDS reporting, and Educore or similar student information systems
