Assistant Legal Counsel

Reports To : Principal Legal Counsel

Role Purpose

Support the Group Legal function by providing practical legal assistance across contract drafting and review, litigation and dispute management, legal research, corporate documentation, and general paralegal activities.

The role supports the protection of Gulftainer’s legal and commercial interests by ensuring that legal matters, contracts, disputes, deadlines, and records are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable laws and internal governance requirements.
