Alliance Group is a growing Dubai-based company providing professional business solutions, including company formation, corporate services, Golden Visa assistance, and business banking support.

We are looking for an ambitious, confident, and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our team and contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential clients interested in establishing businesses in Dubai and across the UAE.

* Advise clients on mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations.

* Explain business licensing procedures, company formation packages, visa services, and corporate banking solutions.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized business setup packages.

* Follow up with prospects, negotiate offers, and successfully close deals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development.

* Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Requirements

* Previous experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate services sales is strongly preferred.

* Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Good understanding of UAE mainland and free zone company formation procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong ability to generate leads independently and develop business relationships.

* Fluent English required; Arabic, French, or other languages are an advantage.

* Self-motivated, professional, target-oriented, and ambitious.

* Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
