## Description

Fleek Restaurants is Hiring: Branch Manager – Kuwait

We are expanding!

Fleek Restaurants, specialized in burgers and fried chicken, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage one of our branches in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch across morning and evening shifts.

• Ensure full compliance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation standards.

• Review customer orders before handover to drivers to prevent missing or incorrect items.

• Monitor food doneness, cooking standards, and food safety requirements, and document daily quality checks.

• Implement cleaning and sanitization schedules, hygiene checks, and prepare the branch for municipality inspections.

• Receive kitchen supplies from the central kitchen, inspect and match deliveries against invoices, and report shortages or damaged items immediately.

• Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts, record food waste, and analyze the reasons behind it.

• Lead the branch team and monitor attendance and discipline in coordination with the HR department.

• Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate days off.

• Train new employees, evaluate their performance during the probation period, and submit written performance and disciplinary reports.

• Monitor daily sales through Foodics, and reconcile daily closing, cash, and electronic payments.

• Monitor customer ratings, preparation times, and delivery performance on delivery platforms, and handle complaints within the required timeframe.

• Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance.

• Monitor fire safety equipment and workplace safety requirements, and report any accident or work injury.

• Submit daily sales and operational reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in restaurants or fast-food operations.

• Previous hands-on experience in burger restaurants or burger kitchens is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Foodics POS system.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Transferable residency Article 18 or Article 22 only.

• Full-time position – Kuwait.
