## Description

Manager – Investment Operations | Dubai

Candidates MUST be in Dubai currently - this is NOT negotiable

An established investment organisation in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Investment Operations to support a diversified portfolio spanning direct investments, co-investments, private equity, private credit and hedge funds.

This hands-on role offers broad exposure to investment operations, fund reporting and operational oversight, working closely with internal investment teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions.

• Track investment commitments, cash flows, liquidity and portfolio exposures.

• Review administrator-reported NAVs, fees and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies.

• Support operational due diligence, audits and tax reporting.

• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and other service providers.

• Improve operational controls, workflows, reporting and automation.

We are looking for:

• At least four years’ relevant experience in fund operations or fund administration, ideally within a fund of funds or multi-manager platform.

• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls and waterfall mechanics.

• Advanced Excel and data management skills.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Experience across alternative investment strategies would be particularly relevant.
