## Description

Construction Manager – UAE

We're hiring an experienced Construction Manager from the construction industry to join the Arena Modular team in UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the site execution, coordination, and delivery of modular construction projects from foundation works through to final installation and handover. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors and resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, withing budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do

• Lead all on-site construction activities, including assembly, installation, finishing and handover of modular structures.

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of modular units from factory to site and manage site execution activities.

• Supervise subcontractors, site teams, and resources to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

• Monitor construction progress, conduct site coordination meetings, and manage daily reports and issue logs.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, QA/QC procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices.

• Work closely with Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams to resolve site challenges and maintain project schedules.

• Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging and final handovers to clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities while representing the Modular Department during project meetings.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 7-10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in modular, prefabricated, or off-site construction.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Strong experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and large-scale project installations.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

• Good understanding of lifting operations, logistics coordination, temporary works, and site safety requirements.

• Experience within modular buildings, temporary structures, construction or related industries is highly desirable.
