## Description

Job Title: PR Account Executive

Reports To: Account Manager / Senior PR Account Executive

Job Overview:

As a PR Account Executive (AE), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day PR activities for our clients. This role is ideal for an individual eager to grow their career in public relations and media, with a focus on influencer relations, media outreach, and campaign execution. You will assist the PR team with various tasks, ensuring the smooth running of accounts and supporting media and influencer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Research, Outreach, and Relationship Building

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers that align with the client’s brand and target audience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, assisting with communications, campaign coordination, and content creation.

• Respond to influencer inquiries and manage their expectations throughout campaigns.

Media List Development and Outreach

• Assist in the development and management of targeted media lists to ensure that key media contacts are included in relevant campaigns.

• Help coordinate the distribution of press releases and pitch materials to targeted media, ensuring timely and effective outreach.

Press Release Distribution

• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of press releases and media alerts.

• Maintain an organized record of media interactions and press coverage for clients.

Reporting

• Track and compile media coverage for clients, including coverage books and digital links.

• Utilize media monitoring tools like Media Eye to track coverage and generate reports.

General Support

• Provide administrative support to senior PR team members and clients as required.

• Assist with client reporting, creating updates, and monitoring campaign progress.

• Attend client meetings and contribute to the brainstorming and execution of PR strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in a PR Agency

• Arabic Speaker based in Riyadh
