## Description

AX CAPITAL is expanding its Secondary Market division and is looking for experienced, ambitious Real Estate Agents who want to build a strong and sustainable career in Dubai property.

This role is suited to agents who understand the Dubai secondary market, are confident prospecting for new business and want to work within a brokerage that can provide the visibility, infrastructure and support required to perform at a high level.

As part of our Secondary Market team, you will work across property sales and leasing, building relationships with owners and buyers, generating listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions and developing your own portfolio of clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Prospecting and building relationships with property owners, buyers and investors

• Generating and managing property listings

• Conducting property viewings and client meetings

• Following up with inbound and outbound opportunities

• Advising clients on Dubai communities, pricing and market conditions

• Negotiating offers and closing transactions

• Maintaining an active pipeline and consistently developing new business

• Working closely with the Secondary Market leadership team to improve performance

What we’re looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:

• Dubai real estate

• Secondary market sales or leasing

• Property prospecting and listing generation

• Working with property owners and buyers

• CRM and lead management

• Property Finder, Bayut or similar property portals

• Negotiation and closing

You should be commercially driven, comfortable working in a performance-based environment and willing to actively generate business rather than relying exclusively on incoming leads.
