## Description

Our client, an established technology company, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support the next stage of its growth. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across financial management, governance, reporting, and strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control

• Oversee financial governance, audit, and compliance requirements

• Strengthen finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities

• Support strategic initiatives, investment activities, and investor relations

• Partner with senior leadership and key external stakeholders

• Lead and develop the wider finance team

Qualifications:

• Strong finance leadership experience within a complex organisation

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls

• Experience managing external audits and senior stakeholders

• Professional finance qualifications like SOCPA, CPA, CFA or similar certifications are advantageous
