Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description We are looking for a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to join our team in the UAE, supporting quality assurance and control activities on a building construction project. The role will be site-based and responsible for monitoring the quality and compliance of mechanical works, coordinating inspections, maintaining QA/QC documentation, and working closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 4 years as a site-based Mechanical QA/QC Engineer with a main contractor • Experience in building and civil construction; high-rise and luxury building experience is preferred • Experience conducting work and material inspections for mechanical works • Experience preparing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), test plans, inspection records and QA/QC reports • Knowledge of NCRs, deviation notices, corrective actions and quality control measures • Experience monitoring site works against approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and project teams on quality matters • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training/certification is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Professional working proficiency in English This is an on-site construction QA/QC position.
