## Description

Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award procurement processes

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements

• Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding

• Lead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations

• Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support

• Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules

• Drive cost optimization and commercial value

• Manage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations

• Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management

• Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing

• Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations

• Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives

• Experience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred
