The Cullinan is looking for talented Pastry professionals to join our Culinary team.

We’re seeking candidates with proven experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants with a strong passion for pastry and an eye for detail.

Pastry Chef

• Experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant is essential;

• Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and presentation;

• Creative approach with a focus on quality and consistency;

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment;

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pastry Commis Chef

• Previous Pastry experience within a high volume, fine dining restaurant preferred;

• Culinary or pastry qualification is an advantage;

• Passion for pastry and willingness to learn and develop;

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards;

• Positive, team oriented approach.
