Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description Strategic Contribution • Contribute to the implementation of departmental strategies by supporting the preparation of operating plans and ensuring alignment with functional objectives. Business Continuity • Assist the Manager in coordinating the execution of business continuity frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates. • Contribute to the delivery of BCM initiatives such as the BCM Program, IT Disaster Recovery Program, Crisis Communications Program, and Incident Management Program through data gathering, documentation, and coordination. • Participate in planning, logistics, facilitation, and reporting of business continuity exercises and simulations to ensure readiness and operational resilience. • Monitor and track business continuity activities across departments to ensure plans are current and risks are highlighted to the Manager for mitigation. • Maintain incident communication and assessment records to support timely response, escalation, and post-event reporting. • Support reviews of projects and operational initiatives to ensure business continuity considerations are captured, documented, and escalated where required. • Track and maintain recovery time objectives (RTOs) and assist in identifying gaps or issues requiring escalation to management. Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect relevant inputs, share updates, and prepare accurate reports under the guidance of the Manager. Continuous Improvement • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
