## Description

Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time

Reports to: Owner / CEO

Salary: SAR 6,000 per month.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function for YIN Wellness House and support our wider group of businesses. The role combines daily accounting oversight, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and strong control of revenue and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of daily tasks.

• Lead monthly and annual closing, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Prepare management reports covering profit and loss, cash flow, budgets, and performance by business, branch, and service.

• Reconcile booking revenue, POS transactions, payment gateways, cash, and bank receipts.

• Oversee supplier payments, receivables, collections, payroll, and staff commissions.

• Monitor inventory costs, purchasing, assets, and operating expenses.

• Manage VAT reporting and coordinate applicable Zakat, tax, and audit requirements.

• Establish clear payment approvals, financial controls, and accounting procedures.

• Maintain accurate financial data in Odoo and improve reporting workflows.

• Advise management on pricing, cost reduction, profitability, and expansion decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.

• At least five years of relevant experience, including team supervision.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting practices, VAT, and financial compliance.

• Practical experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP and advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in service businesses, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations preferred.

• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Ability to communicate financial findings clearly and work directly with senior management.

• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
