## Description

Job Purpose:

To provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to management and their guests, while supporting general office and administrative functions as required. The role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, and presentation, as the incumbent frequently represents the organization to external visitors, business partners, and guests of management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for management and management's guests to and from meetings, airports, events, and other appointments.

• Plan and coordinate routes in advance, accounting for traffic, schedules, and multiple pick-up/drop-off points.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with guests, visitors, and external parties.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle(s) are clean, well-maintained, fueled, and roadworthy at all times.

• Coordinate servicing, registration renewal, and minor maintenance of vehicles with relevant departments/vendors.

• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle usage.

• Provide general office assistance, including filing, maintaining records, and basic use of MS Office applications, as directed.

• Assist with errands, document delivery, and collection as required by management or the office.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding management's schedules, guests, and any information encountered in the course of duties.

• Respond flexibly to changes in schedule, including availability outside standard hours when required by management or guest commitments.

• Ensure compliance with all UAE traffic laws and organizational policies at all times.

Qualifications & Background

• Minimum 5–10 years of driving experience in the UAE, preferably including experience driving for senior management, executives, or VIP guests.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; or Bachelor’s Degree

• Multilingual ability (English and Arabic essential; additional languages an advantage).

• Certifications in administration, customer service or communication skills can be beneficial.

• Official UAE driving license for Light Vehicle

• No history of reckless driving / black points
