Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day remote

Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing high-scale digital products and infrastructure used across the mobile technology ecosystem. They operate a modern, cloud-native engineering environment and are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build, scale and operate highly performant systems.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building high-scale, cloud-native products.

You’ll work across backend services and infrastructure, with a core stack of Node.js and TypeScript, alongside technologies including Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis and Terraform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript

• Develop reliable, high-performance systems operating at scale

• Work across cloud infrastructure, deployment and production environments

• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure and data layers

• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and technical discussions

• Help improve engineering standards, reliability and performance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience

• Experience building high-scale, high-performance systems

• Good understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native engineering

• Hands-on experience with some of Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis or Terraform

• Experience operating production-grade services

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with agentic/AI-first engineering workflows

Nice to Have

• Go experience

• Computer Science degree

• Experience within AdTech or another high-scale technology environment
