## Description

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager

A key leadership position within a growing international business, responsible for managing the entire order-to-delivery journey and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This role will oversee order fulfillment, logistics operations, delivery performance, inventory optimisation, forecasting support, and third-party logistics partners. You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong logistics expertise, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

Key requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations

• Experience managing 3PL providers and delivery networks

• Excellent analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems

• Fluent English
