## Description

Recruvion is looking for experienced Project Managers to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across Fire & Life Safety systems.

🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and successful handover.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors and risks.

• Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout project execution.

• Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Draftsmen.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage variations, commercial matters and contractual requirements.

• Track project KPIs, costs, progress and overall project health.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and project quality requirements.

• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget and to client expectations.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8–10+ years of relevant Project Management experience, preferably within technology, construction, ELV or related environments.

• Strong technical exposure to Fire & Life Safety, Security and/or AV systems.

• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control and risk management.

• Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong command of English.

• PMP/CAPM certification is preferred.

📍 Ideal Candidate

We’re particularly interested in Project Managers who have managed complex Fire & Life Safety / ELV projects from project takeover through execution, commissioning and final handover, with strong commercial and client-management exposure.
