• Procurement Officer

• Job Title: Procurement Officer

• Function: Procurement / Purchasing

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, supplier coordination, tendering, purchase orders, and procurement documentation. The role will support both general and technical requirements, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable procurement regulations

Key Responsibilities – Procurement Officer

• Manage end-to-end purchasing from requisition to PO/contract issuance and delivery follow-up.

• Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers through RFQs, tenders, bids, and quotations.

• Compare pricing, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships and performance.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements.

• Prepare POs, contracts, reports, and procurement documentation.

• Follow up on delays, shortages, and supplier issues.

• Maintain procurement records in the GRP system.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and Dubai Government requirements.
