## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily clinic operations, appointments, and patient schedules.

• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, nurses, and other departments.

• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

• Follow up on patient inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.

• Ensure the clinic is organized and adequately prepared for daily operations.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and relevant departments when required.

• Prepare reports, documents, and administrative records.

• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.

• Support healthcare providers and clinic staff with administrative tasks.

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
