## Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager - MEP to join a Tier-1 Contractor in the GCC, which is continuing to expand its footprint, delivering multiple high-value mixeduse development projects.

This role offers long-term opportunities within a well-established contractor, offering strong career stability and room for progression.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover on large mixeduse development projects.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects at a Tier-1 Contractor, preferably in the GCC.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 13+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.

• Strong knowledge of MEP contracts (FIDIC), commercial management, and claims and variations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP or equivalent preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full MEP delivery on the project from mobilisation to handover, ensuring it meets the programme, budget, and quality targets.

• Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.

• Coordinate MEP with civil, architectural, and structural teams through BIM/clash detection, shop drawings, and material approvals.

• Control MEP cost and programme: budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting, and recovery plans.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover, and act as the main MEP point of contact for the client, consultant, and internal management.

## Requirements
