## Description

Job Title – Retail Sales & Office Assistant (Tagalog Speaker)

Type – 6 months Extendable Contract

Work Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 3500 – AED 4000

Mandatory details/Skills-

• Assist customers with product selection across apparel, luxury, sportswear, swimwear, and footwear.

• Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle product enquiries, orders, billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.

• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and overall showroom/store standards.

• Support inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, inventory records, invoices, and other documents.

• Handle daily office administration, emails, calls, filing, and documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, customers, and internal teams.

• Update Excel sheets, trackers, and sales/inventory records.

• Assist management with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of both sales and office-related activities.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand appropriately, especially in a luxury/premium retail environment.

Key Skills Required

• Tagalog speaker preferred.

• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in Retail Sales & Admin.

• Experience in Luxury, Apparel, Footwear, Sportswear or Swimwear.

• Good MS Excel & calendar management skills.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred
