## Description

Role Purpose

Support the bank’s international expansion initiatives across China and South

Korea by analyzing market opportunities, defining business requirements, and

enabling the implementation of coverage, product, platform, and operating model

capabilities required to support trade and FDI growth.

The role will support establishment of international coverage models, resource

planning, product readiness, and platform enablement to accelerate execution of

the bank’s Connectivity Strategy.

c. Key Responsibilities

Market & Opportunity Analysis

1. Analyze trade, investment, and FDI opportunities across China and South

Korea.

2. Assess market potential, client segments, and growth corridors.

3. Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support expansion

initiatives.

Coverage & Operating Model Design

1. Support design of target coverage models and international operating

structures.

2. Assess resource requirements, support FTE needs, and organizational

capabilities.

3. Document target-state operating models and governance frameworks.

Product & Platform Readiness

1. Identify product and platform capabilities required to support international

growth.

2. Support gap assessments across trade finance, cash management, and

connectivity solutions.

3. Define business requirements for product enhancements and platform

enablement.

Stakeholder Coordination

1. Coordinate with Coverage, GTB, Corporate Banking, Operations, Technology,

and international teams.

2. Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

3. Support implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Transformation & Implementation Support

1. Track delivery of expansion initiatives and capability development programs.

2. Support implementation of new products, platforms, and coverage capabilities.

3. Assist with governance reporting and management updates

Analytics & Reporting

1. Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor trade and FDI

growth.

2. Track progress against expansion objectives and business targets.

3. Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

d. Experience & Profile

Experience

1. 7–10 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Banking, GTB, Strategy,

Business Analysis, or Transformation.

2. Experience supporting international banking, trade finance, or expansion

initiatives preferred.

3. Exposure to operating model, product, or platform transformation programs.

Profile

1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

2. Understanding of international banking, trade finance, and FDI ecosystems.

3. Experience in business requirements gathering and operating model

documentation.

4. Knowledge of product and platform implementation methodologies.

5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

6. Ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and geographies.

7. Experience in market assessment, business case development, and strategic

planning preferred.
