## Description

Role Purpose:

Support the design, implementation, and optimization of the bank’s enterprise-

wide sales coverage model. The role focuses on analyzing current coverage

structures, documenting business requirements, defining target operating

models, and enabling effective collaboration between Coverage, RM, Product,

and subsidiary teams.

The Business Analyst will support initiatives aimed at improving client coverage

effectiveness, increasing cross-sell opportunities, and strengthening the One-

Bank client management approach.

c. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Current State Assessment

1. Assess existing coverage models, client ownership structures, and sales

processes.

2. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Analyze client portfolios, coverage allocation, and revenue contribution.

Requirements Gathering & Operating Model Design

1. Gather and document business requirements from Coverage, RM, Product,

and subsidiary stakeholders.

2. Develop requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA

or similar tools

3. Support design of target coverage models, governance structures, and

engagement frameworks.

4. Develop process maps, operating model documentation, and functional

requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

1. Act as liaison between business lines, coverage teams, and support

functions.

2. Support workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.

3. Ensure business requirements are translated into practical operating model

solutions.

4. Validate the requirements through out the project lifecycle

Tools: JIRA, MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Figma

Data Analytics & Reporting

1. Develop coverage analytics and performance dashboards.

2. Analyze wallet share, client penetration, cross-sell performance, and

coverage effectiveness.

3. Support KPI design and performance tracking.

4. Support data mapping and lead the data mapping activities

5. Understand the Wholesales banking data flows and data architecture

Transformation & Implementation Support

1. Support rollout of new coverage models and governance structures.

2. Assist in change management, communications, and training activities.

3. Track implementation progress and benefit realization.

d. Experience & Profile

Experience

1. 7–10 years of experience in Banking, Coverage, Business Analysis, Strategy,

or Transformation roles.

2. Experience supporting operating model, sales effectiveness, or organizational

transformation initiatives.

3. Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, or Transaction Banking

environments preferred.

Profile

1. Strong understanding of banking coverage models and client management

frameworks.

2. Knowledge of GTB, GSF, GM, GAM, and FAM products and business

models.

3. Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and operating model

design.

4. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

5. Experience in transformation, governance, and performance management

initiatives.

6. Advanced presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage

multiple stakeholder groups.
