## Description

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of trade revenue growth initiatives across MNC clients in

Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and the UAE by analyzing business opportunities,

documenting requirements, and enabling digitization of end-to-end trade

processes. The role acts as the bridge between business, operations, product,

and technology teams to deliver new trade capabilities and enhance client

journeys.

c. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Opportunity Assessment

1. Analyze trade revenue opportunities across MNC portfolios and target

markets.

2. Identify gaps in product utilization, client adoption, and trade processes.

3. Support business cases and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

1. Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

2. Translate business needs into functional specifications for trade solutions and

digital platforms.

3. Support design of trade finance, SCF, and working capital solutions.

Trade Journey Digitization

1. Map and optimize front-to-back trade processes and client journeys.

2. Support implementation of digital trade capabilities and workflow automation.

3. Identify opportunities to simplify client interactions and reduce manual

processing.

Product & Implementation Support

1. Support rollout of new trade product capabilities and enhancements.

2. Participate in UAT, solution validation, and implementation activities.

3. Assist in client onboarding, migration, and adoption programs.

Stakeholder Coordination

1. Act as liaison between business, operations, product, and technology teams.

2. Coordinate delivery of transformation initiatives across multiple markets.

3. Ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.

Process Improvement & Analytics

1. Monitor performance, adoption, and revenue metrics.

2. Support continuous improvement initiatives within trade operations and

servicing.

3. Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.

d. Experience & Profile

Experience

1. 7–10 years of experience in Trade Finance, GTB, Transaction Banking, or

Business Analysis roles.

2. Experience supporting transformation, digitization, or trade platform initiatives.

3. Exposure to multinational corporate clients and cross-border trade

environments preferred.

Profile

1. Strong understanding of Trade Finance, SCF, and Working Capital products.

2. Knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle and trade operations.

3. Experience documenting business requirements and process flows.

4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

5. Experience supporting digital transformation and product implementation

initiatives.

6. Ability to work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

7. Bilingual proficiency is Arabic & English with strong verbal, written and

presentation skills, enabling effective engagement.

8. Based in Qatar.
