## Description

B2B Sales Executive | Home Healthcare

Responsible for driving B2B sales growth and developing strategic business relationships with organizations, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients within the home healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Conduct client visits and presentations to understand business needs and provide tailored home healthcare solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business development targets.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the home healthcare sector.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and regularly report performance, opportunities, and forecasts to management.

• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.

• Strengthen existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and continuous relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience

• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
