## Description

Profile Middle East is looking for an experienced Key Account / Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi.

The role will focus on developing new business, managing strategic client accounts, and expanding our presence across the Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our technical manpower, staff augmentation, recruitment, and engineering workforce solutions, while building long-term relationships with operators, EPC contractors, engineering companies, and other key industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with a strong background in business development, sales, key account management, or commercial development.

• Significant UAE/GCC market experience, with proven knowledge of the UAE business environment.

• Strong experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Engineering, Construction, Industrial, or Technical Services environments.

• Previous experience selling technical manpower, manpower supply, staff augmentation, recruitment, workforce outsourcing, engineering consultancy, or similar B2B services is highly preferred.

• Candidates from technical or engineering backgrounds who have successfully transitioned into commercial or business-development roles are also encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience with client acquisition, tendering, RFP/RFQ processes, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closing.

• Strong network with EPC contractors, operators, engineering consultancies, or industrial clients in the UAE/GCC is an advantage.

• Comfortable engaging with senior management, procurement teams, technical stakeholders, and C-level decision-makers.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, and communication skills.

• Commercially driven with a demonstrable track record of generating new business and developing key accounts.

• Fluency in English is required
