## Description

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE

Will be responsible to support the development, implementation, and monitor of the performance and effectiveness of Kidana as a whole. And for assisting for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.

Key Activities

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement performance management frameworks and systems to monitor and evaluate Kidana's performance.

• Support to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect performance data, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into organizational performance.

• Assist to develop comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, board members, and stakeholders.

• Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate performance metrics and trends.

• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance goals and objectives.

• Facilitate effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and staff.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or related field.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES / TECHNICAL CERTIFICATES: Professional and Technical Certificates (preferred): Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Strategic Management Professional (SMP)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5+ years' experience as business performance specialist.
