## Description

About the Role

K4 Group is looking for a strong Business Development Manager to drive new business for our Cleaning division.

We are looking for a genuine hunter who can identify new opportunities, open doors, build relationships and personally generate and close recurring and multi-site Cleaning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new Cleaning and Soft FM business across the UAE.

• Develop relationships with property management companies, developers, hotels, holiday home operators, residential communities, offices, retail and multi-site clients.

• Proactively prospect, identify decision-makers and create new business opportunities.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.

• Identify opportunities for Cleaning, Soft FM, Hard FM, AMC and Maintenance services.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UAE experience in Business Development/Sales within Cleaning, Soft FM or Facilities Management.

• Proven track record of personally generating and closing new business.

• Strong existing UAE network across property management, real estate, hospitality, residential and commercial sectors.

• Experience securing recurring and multi-site contracts.

• Good understanding of Cleaning/Soft FM; Hard FM knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, target-driven and commercially focused.

• UAE market knowledge and an established client network are essential.
