The opportunity We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our legal team, on a remote basis, as Junior Legal Counsel. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation, transactional, and corporate matters, with significant exposure to complex and international engagements. Key responsibilities Your primary focus will be assisting a Partner on litigation and transactional matters, with a particular focus on the yachting and maritime sectors. You will also be exposed to a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, governance, and reorganisations. Skills and experience The ideal candidate will: • Hold a law degree from a recognised UK university; • Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, or be in the final stages of qualification; • Have an exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage; • Be highly organised, consistent, proactive and diligent, with excellent attention to detail; • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
