## Description

Job Role:- NCR ATM Operations Consultant

Job Location:- Qatar

Experience:- 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform Level 1 ATM incident analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.

• Support ATM operations projects, incidents, and production issues.

• Assist with deployment of patches, releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT.

• Analyze and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.

• Complete assigned technical requests and operational tasks.

• Support day-to-day ATM network operations and monitoring.

Skills & Requirements:-

• 5+ years of experience in ATM operations/support.

• Hands-on experience with NCR ATM software and ATM networks.

• Knowledge of incident management, log analysis, patch/release deployment, and production support.

• Experience working with SIT/UAT and production environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
