## Description

Temporary Customer Service Representative – Remote

Location: Remote – Saudi Arabia

Contract: Temporary – 2–4 Week Project

Pay: Hourly paid – equivalent to SAR 4,000 per month

Start: Immediate

We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Service Representative to support our recruitment team on a short-term 2–4 week project.

The role will involve contacting candidates across Saudi Arabia, speaking with them over the phone and arranging interviews with our recruitment team and client.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact candidates by phone and WhatsApp to arrange interviews.

• Confirm candidate availability and coordinate suitable interview times.

• Explain basic information about the interview process and next steps.

• Follow up with candidates who have not responded.

• Keep accurate records of calls, responses and scheduled interviews.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure interviews are arranged quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker – essential.

• Good level of spoken English.

• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work remotely.

• Must have your own mobile phone to contact candidates.

• Must have your own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.

• Confident speaking with a high volume of candidates over the phone.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Comfortable using Excel or basic candidate tracking sheets.

• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, telesales, recruitment coordination or administration would be beneficial.

• Immediately available and able to commit for the full 2–4 week project.

Contract & Pay

This is a temporary 2–4 week assignment, paid on an hourly basis at a rate equivalent to a SAR 4,000 monthly salary.
