Role Description This full-time Civil Engineer role is an on-site position based in Dubai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural and civil works related to home renovation projects, including foundations, drainage, and utility connections. Daily tasks include preparing engineering plans and calculations, coordinating with architects, site supervisors, and contractors, and ensuring that designs meet local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. The role also involves site inspections, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and providing practical solutions to optimize cost, quality, and timelines. The Civil Engineer will work closely with project management to support planning, documentation, and client communication throughout the renovation lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles relevant to residential and renovation projects.

• Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or renovation sites, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proven skills in Planning, including project scheduling, resource coordination, and adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.

• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure in urban and residential settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or licensing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and strong technical drawing interpretation skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
