## Description

Position Title: Senior Manager – AI & Technology

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:

An established GCC-based group operating a diverse portfolio of businesses within the food & beverage and hospitality sector.

Job Description:

• Build the AI function from the ground up, including the technology roadmap, platforms, processes, governance, and future AI team.

• Design, build and integrate AI platforms and solutions across areas such as operations, customer experience, marketing, finance, procurement, supply chain, and corporate functions.

• Identify and implement practical use cases involving Generative AI, AI automation, intelligent agents, data and emerging technologies, taking initiatives from concept/POC through implementation and scale.

• Drive company-wide AI adoption and measurable business impact, working with department leaders, technology partners and vendors while tracking ROI, efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 5 years of relevant technology, AI, digital transformation, or innovation experience, with exposure to F&B, retail or hospitality environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build and integrate AI platforms and solutions, rather than only managing AI strategy or external vendors.

• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their business applications, with experience taking solutions from idea/POC through implementation, integration, and adoption.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capability, with the ability to build an AI function/team from scratch and drive adoption across multiple business departments.
