## Description

Position Title: Cost Control Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:

An established GCC-based group operating a diverse portfolio of businesses within the food & beverage and hospitality sector.

Job Description:

• Manage and analyze food cost, COGS, inventory, wastage, yield, portion control, and cost variances, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

• Lead menu costing and menu engineering, reviewing recipe costs, selling prices, margins, and product profitability to support commercial decisions.

• Strengthen controls across purchasing, receiving, inventory, stock movements, and POS systems, conducting regular operational audits and investigating discrepancies.

• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, KPI reports and management analysis, working closely with Operations, Culinary, Procurement and Finance to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant F&B cost-control experience within restaurants, multi-brand F&B groups, QSR or hotel F&B operations.

• Strong practical knowledge of food cost, COGS, inventory control, wastage, yield, recipe/menu costing, and cost variance analysis.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with relevant GCC experience and the ability to work effectively with operational and finance teams
