Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new business acquisition and strengthen our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Identify cross-selling, referral, and partnership opportunities.

• Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity records in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

• Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Target-driven with a strong commercial and client-focused mindset.

• Experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, consulting, banking, finance, or investment services is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
