## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily attendance, manage shift rosters, and arrange replacements for absences.

• Prepare staff schedules and rosters for client approval.

• Supervise cleaning, pantry/hospitality, and reception teams.

• Oversee daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.

• Manage pantry and coffee station services and ensure proper upkeep.

• Supervise reception, visitor management, helpdesk, and courier handling.

• Schedule and monitor deep cleaning, pest control, and maintenance activities.

• Monitor consumables and stock levels and prepare monthly consumption reports.

• Conduct daily and weekly inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and conduct regular client review meetings.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, building rules, emergency procedures, and PPE requirements.

• 5–10 years of experience supervising facility management soft services, particularly cleaning, hospitality, and reception.

• Experience leading frontline teams, preferably in corporate office environments.

• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods, waste segregation, and safe chemical handling.

• Experience managing consumables, stock, and budget-based consumption reporting.

• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Riyadh, with movement between client office suites.

• May require occasional overtime for deep cleaning, events, or emergencies.

• NAI uniform and ID required, with PPE where applicable.

• Hands-on operational role requiring direct supervision and team management.
