## Description

Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE / Doha, Qatar

Contract Duration: 6-9 months

Extension: Potential extension based on project requirements and individual performance.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and transformation programs. The role will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion implementation projects across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and SCM modules.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.

• Engage business stakeholders, project sponsors, and executive leadership.

• Coordinate implementation partners, consultants, and technical teams.

• Oversee solution design, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Drive governance, status reporting, and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in ERP or digital transformation programs.

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Strong understanding of Finance, HCM, Procurement, or SCM processes.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.

Preferred

• Oracle Fusion certifications.

• Experience working with large enterprises, government, utilities, telecom, or energy organizations.
