## Description

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and bespoke joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source construction, fit-out, MEP, and joinery materials

• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, availability, and delivery terms

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records

• Coordinate material requirements with project and site teams

• Track orders and ensure materials are delivered to site on time

• Follow up with suppliers on pending orders and deliveries

• Identify new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database

• Verify purchased materials against approved specifications and quantities

• Support cost control by securing competitive pricing and reducing unnecessary purchases

Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred

• Construction, fit-out, interiors, or building materials experience is an advantage

• Good knowledge of suppliers and building materials in the UAE is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Organized and able to manage multiple purchase requests simultaneously

• Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred

• Fluent in spoke Hindi is a must.
