The successful candidate will have strong private practice litigation experience and hands-on exposure to handling disputes within the KSA legal environment. Key Requirements • Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification/private practice experience with a reputable law firm. • At least 1 year of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory. • Strong experience handling commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. • Experience advising clients on litigation strategy, potential exposure, and dispute resolution options. • Ability to draft and review pleadings, legal submissions, statements, notices, and other litigation-related documentation. • Experience managing matters through different stages of litigation and coordinating with relevant courts, authorities, and external parties. • Strong understanding of Saudi laws, court procedures, and litigation practices. • Ability to conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, commercially focused legal advice. • Experience managing multiple matters and working directly with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and case-management capabilities.
