## Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record of winning big in the UAE construction and property development space. This is a high-impact role for a hunter who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close contracts that move the needle.

If you have spent years cultivating a powerful network across Dubai's construction landscape — and you know how to turn those connections into signed agreements with property developers — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Generate high-quality leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities within the construction and property development sectors

• Close deals and negotiate contracts with major property developers and contractors

• Sign bigger, long-term contracts that drive sustainable revenue growth

• Leverage your existing network to fast-track business opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Represent the brand at industry events, tender meetings, and high-level stakeholder discussions

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in Dubai — you understand how business gets done here

• A well-connected professional with an established network in the UAE construction industry

• Proven experience closing deals and securing contracts with property developers

• Background in Aluminium or MEP industries is a must.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
