## Description

To provide comprehensive legal support and counsel to Grnata Group and its subsidiaries, safeguarding company interests through the meticulous drafting and reviewing of contracts, managing legal disputes, and ensuring total compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

•
Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and real estate development documents to protect the company's rights.

•
Legal Advisory: Provide sound legal opinions and advice to various departments (Marketing, Sales, Management, and Projects) regarding day-to-day transactions and corporate decisions.

•
Litigation & Dispute Management: Monitor and manage corporate lawsuits and legal claims, coordinating directly with external legal counsels and judicial authorities.

•
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company operations, policies, and activities align with local governmental regulations and real estate laws.

•
Legal Documentation: Maintain and update organized legal records of contracts, licenses, and disputes securely.

Requirements

•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited university.

•
Licensing: Valid license to practice law / bar admission (active qualification or eligibility for local court admission in the Kingdom of Bahrain is a strong advantage).

•
Experience: +5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a corporate, commercial, or real estate environment.

•
Technical Skills:

•
Exceptional contract drafting and legal writing skills in both Arabic and English.

•
In-depth understanding of Bahraini commercial and real estate regulations.

•
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

•
Soft Skills:

•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to draft clear legal reports.

•
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
