We're Hiring | Payroll Taxation & Compliance Manager

📍 Location: Qatar

Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong expertise in payroll taxation, compliance, payroll audits, and SAP? We are looking for a Payroll Taxation & Compliance Manager to lead payroll compliance operations and ensure adherence to tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll tax calculations in accordance with local tax laws.

• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure tax compliance.

• Monitor changes in payroll tax regulations and implement required updates.

• Ensure payroll tax mechanisms are automated within the payroll system.

• Oversee payroll accounting transactions, including EOSS, regular payroll, and off-cycle payroll.

• Conduct payroll audits and compliance reviews to identify irregularities.

• Verify monthly payroll earnings and deductions.

• Prepare employee CTC and payroll provision reports.

• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant payroll taxation and compliance experience.

• GCC experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, payroll accounting, and compliance regulations.

• Experience in payroll audits, payroll reconciliation, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and ERP platforms.

• SAP functional knowledge is mandatory.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
