Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI) to transform business data into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards that support informed decision-making. The role will focus on data analysis, reporting, visualization, and performance monitoring across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using Power BI.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.

• Translate business requirements into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions.

• Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reporting.

• Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

• Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Dashboard Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.

• Good knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills.

• Experience working with multiple data sources and large datasets.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
