## Description

We’re hiring: Oracle EPM Consultant – Financial Consolidation & Close (HFM/FCCS)

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle EPM specialist to deliver enterprise consolidation and close solutions, with a particular focus on HFM-to-FCCS transformation.

Key requirements:

• 10+ years’ Oracle EPM experience, with strong HFM, FCCS and Narrative Reporting expertise.

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, including group consolidation, financial statements, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations and IFRS/GAAP reporting.

• End-to-end consolidation implementation and HFM-to-FCCS migration experience—from fit-gap assessment and architecture through testing and production cutover.

• Experience migrating metadata, hierarchies, rules, security, integrations, reports and historical financial data.

• Expertise in currency translation, intercompany eliminations and ownership management.

• Hands-on Calculation Manager, Essbase calculation scripts, On-Demand Rules, Groovy and EPM Automate experience.

• FCCS integration with Oracle ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite and third-party systems.

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Desirable:

• Oracle Planning and Budgeting, PBCS/Enterprise Planning.

• Driver-based planning, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.

• Strategic Workforce Planning, including headcount forecasting, labour cost modelling and skills planning.

English speaker, (Arabic speaker is a bonus)

Duration: 12 months extendable
