## Description

We want a strong HVAC/MEP sales hunter in the UAE who already has a network of contractors and consultants and can bring business quickly.

1. Ideal candidate

someone who has:

• 10–12 years total sales experience

• Ideally HVAC / MEP contracting / building services

• 4–5 years managing a sales team

• Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics degree

• UAE market experience

• UAE driving licence – mandatory

• Existing relationships with MEP contractors + consultants

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets

• Currently dealing with decision makers, not only junior engineers

• Comfortable with client visits, meetings, lunch meetings and closing deals

• Can generate new enquiries/business, not just handle existing accounts

• Stable career history and progressive designations

• Someone who can potentially bring business from Day 1
