## Description

• Role: Procurement Assistant (IT/Marketing)

• Type: Contract

• Client Industry: Aviation

• Contract Duration: 6 months

• Start Date: Immediate

• Salary: AED 10000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories, including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Services, from requisition to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparison sheets, and support supplier selection in line with procurement policies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

• Support vendor onboarding by collecting and maintaining supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with contract administration, including maintaining contract records, tracking renewals, and coordinating with the Legal team on supplier agreements and documentation.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, monitor PO status, support invoice reconciliation, and prepare procurement reports while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in a related/similar senior Procurement position

• Min 6 years of overall experience in Procurement

• Experience in a large indirect Procurement organization dealing with multiple contract types covering Marketing and digital Marketing services

• Experience in Procurement sourcing and oversight for all procurement RFX process for smooth delivery of operations to procurement category managers

• Demonstrated passion and ease in building and nurturing relationships at all organizational levels, including senior and C-suite executives.

• Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
