Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description Key Accountabilities: • Preparing and monitoring daily treasury functions and activities related to payments operations, collections, and reconciliation of the Company accounts. • Participates in the development of department policies and procedures and manage implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled. • Adheres to Treasury policies and procedures • Review management of the day-to-day and strategic liquidity to ensure smooth operation of company and help company plan for strategic liquidity requirements. • Develop strategies, business for the Money Market and FX Unit which are in line with the Treasury department Policies and guidelines and the company overall strategies and directions. • Reviews the company liquidity and FX positions and margin in coordination with the Manager of Treasury. • Follow up the market exchange rates with various companies make all necessary adjustment to company FX rates. • Reviews the operational and financial results of the Unit and compares results against objectives and budgets. • Reviews the foreign currency revenue and profit margin revenues with Units and Treasurer. • Helps in determining overall liquidity strategy. • Ensures that all outstanding deals are within the limits defined by the Treasury Division’s Policies and the Treasury net open position is within the pre-assigned limits. • the risk related to the company’s financial activities. • Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in treasury operations. • Comply with any regulatory and internal risk requirements. • Maintains counterparty relationships and introduce new to increase FX activity. • Assists to keeps relationship with regulatory for better representation of company. • Keeps updated with market development and share the information with sub-ordinates. Help team in improving their competencies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant major.
