## Description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day coordination of product collections across various locations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of products from various locations across the UAE.

• Plan and allocate daily collection tasks to drivers.

• Coordinate closely with drivers to ensure timely and successful collections.

• Provide regular updates on collection status, delays, and changes to relevant departments.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding or pending collections.

• Communicate collection schedules and requirements clearly to drivers and internal teams.

• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Reservations, Warehouse, and other relevant departments as required.

• Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes, operational issues, and urgent collection requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of collection schedules, driver assignments, and completed tasks.

• Ensure all collection arrangements are properly communicated and followed through.

• Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics and transportation issues.

• Handle minor petty cash responsibilities related to logistics and collections, where required.

• Maintain appropriate records and supporting documentation for petty cash transactions.

• Support the wider team with other logistics and coordination tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or coordination is preferred.

• Good knowledge of UAE locations and road networks would be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and email.

• Basic understanding of petty cash management would be an advantage.

• A valid UAE driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential, depending on the role requirements.
