Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description About the Company Our client is a trading company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), Warehousing and Cold Store operations. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the contract logistics, warehousing, and cold chain storage segment. Responsibilities • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in 3PL, warehousing and cold storage services. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking and client visits. • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and repeat business. • Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures and service level agreements (SLAs) to prospective clients. • Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially and operationally viable. • Conduct site visits and facility walkthroughs with clients to showcase warehousing and cold store capabilities. • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management. • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company policy and profitability targets. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience within 3PL, warehousing, logistics or cold chain/cold store industry. • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and winning new logistics/warehousing contracts. • Strong existing network of contacts within the UAE logistics, FMCG, retail or distribution sectors is highly preferred. • Valid UAE driving license. • Excellent command of English; Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage. • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills. • In-depth understanding of warehousing, cold storage and 3PL commercial models. • Excellent relationship management and client-facing skills. • Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently. • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
